Our Fees

Our fees are contingent upon obtaining a recovery.  This means that we receive a fee only if our client receives money damages, either at trial or through settlement.  If the client does not recover any money damages, then we do not collect any fee.

Typically, our fee is one-third (1/3) of any recovery.  In some complex cases, such as medical malpractice cases, we require a 40% fee.  We will discuss our fees at the beginning of the case and come to an agreement prior to representation.

By law, a client is responsible for paying costs, whether or not a recovery is obtained.  Accordingly, a client must pay for costs such as filing costs, service costs, deposition costs, and expert costs.
